How to use
How to Use:
Ensure the eye area is clean and dry. Gently swivel the Quickliner up about 1/8 of an inch. Trace along the upper lash line using small strokes, starting from the inner corner and working outwards. If desired, line the lower lash line, keeping close to the lashes. Use the smudge tip on the opposite end to soften the line or create a smoky effect, then allow the colour to set for around 60 seconds.
