How long does delivery take?
Up to 8 business days for UK delivery although 96% of orders are delivered within 4 days, 14-15 business days for Western Europe, and 20 business days for the rest of the world.

Is delivery free?
Free standard delivery on UK orders over £25. Charges for orders below this value and for other destinations are shown at checkout.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
Contact us straight away. Non-receipt claims must be made within 30 days of the stated maximum delivery timeframe.

Do I pay import VAT or customs charges?
No, for EU orders, sales tax and import VAT are pre-paid by us. For orders outside the EU, we have no control over local taxes and fees; check with your local customs office before ordering.
