How to Use:
Start with clean, dry eyelids. Twist the base of the Shiseido MicroLiner Ink No 4 Navy to reveal about 1 mm of product. Glide the tip slowly along the upper lash line from the inner to outer corner, using light strokes for a fine line. Build up the thickness or extend into a flick if desired. Repeat along the lower lash line or waterline if you like a more defined look.

Frequency:

Application Technique:
Apply with a steady hand, resting your elbow on a flat surface for control. Use short, gentle strokes rather than one long line, and allow the formula to set for a few seconds before blinking fully.
