How to Use:
Apply after skincare and before or after foundation. Using light strokes, glide the metallic tip along the under-eye contour to enjoy a cooling, decongesting effect, then squeeze a small amount of product out. Use the included brush or your fingertips to tap and blend from the inner to the outer corner of the eye, adding a little more where extra coverage is desired.
