How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry eyelids. Glide Phyto-Eye Twist 06 Marine directly over the lid for a veil of colour, then blend with a fingertip or brush. For a more intense result, layer the colour straight from the stick. To define the eyes, trace along the upper or lower lash line as you would an eyeliner.
