Texture and scent: Creamy with micro-exfoliants, naturally scented from fresh peppermint.

To use: Apply exfoliant to freshly cleansed skin. Using soft, circular movements, massage over the face, neck, décolletage and/or body, avoiding the delicate eye area.

For deeper exfoliation, leave on the skin for one minute prior to removing with a warm, damp face cloth.

How to Use:
After cleansing, dampen the face with lukewarm water. Apply a small amount of Alpha-H Micro Cleanse Super Scrub to damp skin. Gently massage over the entire face, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and remove any residue with a warm, damp face cloth.

Frequency:
Apply twice a week, or as directed on the product packaging.

Application Technique:
Work the scrub over the face using light, circular motions, taking care not to press too firmly. Focus on areas of congestion such as the T-zone, then rinse well and pat the skin dry before following with serum and moisturiser.

Best Practices:
Apply to clean, damp skin and avoid the delicate eye area. Use gentle pressure to help minimise over-exfoliation. Incorporate into your routine in the evening or morning, and follow with hydrating skincare. During the day, finish your routine with an appropriate SPF.
