Wet hair thoroughly. Lather a small amount of amika Hydro Rush Intense Moisture Shampoo between your hands, then massage into the scalp and through lengths from root to tip. Rinse carefully with warm water. For added hydration, follow with Hydro Rush Intense Moisture Conditioner.

Use according to the product instructions, as part of your regular wash routine.
