Apply to clean, dry skin. Dispense the foam onto a tanning mitt and sweep over the body in circular motions, working methodically to ensure even coverage. Use only the residue on the mitt for drier areas such as hands, elbows, knees and feet. Allow the tan to develop for 4–8 hours before contact with water.
