Apply after your base make-up or on bare skin. Squeeze a small, pearl-sized amount of Complexion Rescue Highlighting Blush onto the back of the hand. Use a fingertip to warm the formula, then press onto the top of the cheekbone, blending down onto the cheek and up towards the brow in a soft “C” shape. Repeat on the other cheek and build in thin layers until the desired glow is achieved.
