How to use

Charge the handheld controller fully before first use. Attach the straps and eye shields to the mask, then plug the cable into the controller. Cleanse your face thoroughly and pat dry. Position the mask over the face, adjust the velcro straps for a snug but comfortable fit and ensure the eye shields sit securely. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to switch on, select your preferred light mode and choose a treatment time of 10, 20 or 30 minutes. Allow the session to finish; the device will switch off automatically.

Use 3–5 times per week, or as directed in the product instructions.
