How to Use:
Start with clean, dry brows. Using an angled brow brush, lightly pick up a small amount of Goof Proof Brow Powder. Outline the lower and upper edges of the brows to shape and define. Use short, light strokes to fill in sparse areas, concentrating colour where brows are thinnest. Build up the powder gradually until you reach your desired depth of colour, then blend through with a spoolie for a soft, even finish.
