Apply to clean, moisturised skin. Dispense a small amount of By Terry Brightening CC Foundation onto fingertips, a brush or a sponge. Start at the centre of the face and blend outwards, smoothing over areas where you’d like light coverage. Build up in thin layers where more coverage is desired.
