How to Use:
Ensure the eye area is clean and dry. Twist the base of the Clarins Waterproof Eye Pencil to reveal a small amount of the lead. Gently trace along the upper lash line, working from the inner to the outer corner. Repeat along the lower lash line if desired. Use the built-in blending tip to soften the line or create a smoky effect. Retract the pencil after use and replace the cap.
