How to Use:
Start with clean, dry eyelids. Twist up a small amount of Clarins Waterproof Eye Pencil 04 Fig. Trace along the upper lash line from the inner to outer corner using short, gentle strokes. Repeat along the lower lash line if desired. Use the built-in smudger tip to soften the line or create a smoky effect before the formula sets.
