How to Use:
Start with clean, dry eyelids. Apply Clinique High Impact Gel Tech Eyeliner directly along the upper lash line using short, gentle strokes. If desired, line the lower lash line or carefully apply to the waterline for added intensity. Build up the colour in thin layers until you reach your preferred depth, and gently smudge immediately after application if you want a softer look.

Frequency:
Use as needed, according to your make-up routine.

Application Technique:
Hold the pencil close to the lash line and work from the inner to outer corner of the eye. For the waterline, look slightly down into a mirror and trace the inner rim with light, steady pressure. Remove the product with a dedicated eye make-up remover at the end of the day.
