To use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours.

How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry skin. Apply the sunscreen lotion liberally to the body around 15 minutes before sun exposure. Smooth the formula over all exposed areas, ensuring even coverage. Reapply after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, and regularly throughout the day while in the sun.

Use whenever the skin will be exposed to the sun, reapplying at least every two hours or as directed on the product packaging.
