To use: Following the application of PreCleanse, lightly lather in hands and apply to damp face and throat morning and evening, massaging with light, upward strokes for at least 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. How to Use:
Following PreCleanse, lightly lather the cleanser in wet hands. Apply to damp face, neck and, if desired, décolleté, massaging with light upward strokes for around 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat skin dry. Follow with your chosen toner, serum and moisturiser, such as Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 in the morning.

Frequency:
Use morning and evening. If any sensitivity develops, reduce to once daily use.

Application Technique:
Apply a small amount to damp skin and work in gentle circular, upward motions to allow the lactic acid formula to cleanse and lightly exfoliate. Rinse away completely before applying the next steps in your routine.

Best Practices:
Use on clean, makeup-free skin after an oil-based first cleanse. Introduce gradually if your skin is new to exfoliating cleansers and always follow with hydration and daytime SPF. Avoid the eye area.
