How to Use:\nShake the bottle well before use. Add approximately 80ml of the bath milk under warm running water as you fill the bath. Step into the bath and relax, allowing the formula to disperse through the water. Rinse the body with the bath water before stepping out. The product can also be smoothed over the scalp and hair while you soak, then rinsed out thoroughly.\n\nFrequency:\nUse every other day over nine days for an intensive ritual, or as needed according to the product instructions.\n\nApplication Technique:\nPour the product directly into the stream of running water so it blends evenly.
