How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry skin around the eyes. Dab a small amount of product onto the under-eye area and the eyelid. Gently smooth from the inner corner outwards, allowing the encapsulated pigments to blend with the skin. Pat lightly with fingertips to refine the finish and follow with the rest of your make-up routine if desired.
