How to Use:
Apply Pure Color Matte Lipstick 420 Rebellious Rose to clean, dry lips. Twist the bullet up no more than about half a centimetre to keep it stable, then glide the colour from the centre of the lips outwards, following the natural lip line. Blot gently with a tissue and reapply for deeper colour if desired.
