The Mad Eyes Liquid Eyeliner features a luxurious high-pigment formula that is resistant to both water and humidity. It provides a rich for up to 24 hours whilst being easy to remove.

How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry eyelids. Position the applicator at the outer corner of the eye, at the root of the upper lashes. Draw a line along the lash line from the outer corner towards the inner corner, adjusting the pressure to create a fine or more graphic line as desired. Repeat on the other eye and allow to dry before blinking fully.

Use as needed.

Application Technique:
Use the fine brush tip to trace as close to the lash line as possible, working in short strokes if that feels more comfortable. For a more intense look, slightly thicken the line towards the outer corner or extend into a small flick.

Best Practices:
Apply after eyeshadow and before mascara. Shake gently if needed before use and close the cap tightly after each application to help prevent drying out. Remove with a suitable eye make-up remover at the end of the day.
