Apply to clean, dry skin after your essence-in-lotion and before your face cream. Smooth a small amount over the face and neck, working from the centre outwards. Gently pinch the skin and rotate the wrists slightly, repeating over the whole face, then place hands in a V shape along the lower face and press upwards in a wave-like motion. Finish by lightly tapping with fingertips all over the face.
