Kérastase Discipline Bain Oléo-Relax: Control-In-Motion Shampoo 250ml

Kérastase Discipline Bain Oléo-Relax is a moisturising shampoo created for voluminous, unruly and frizz-prone hair. Infused with nourishing coconut oil and Shorea butter, the lightweight formula works to smooth the hair fibre while helping to reduce the look of dryness and dullness. Hair feels gently cleansed yet cared for, with a softer touch and a healthy-looking shine that’s easier to manage day to day, even in humid conditions.

Ideal for dry, rebellious or hard-to-control hair, this shampoo fits seamlessly into a smoothing haircare routine. Use it as the first step before a conditioner or mask such as Discipline Masque Oléo-Relax to support long-lasting suppleness and control. The creamy lather helps to detangle as you wash, so hair feels more supple and less prone to knots, making styling feel more effortless after every cleanse.

How to Use:
Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a small, coin-sized amount of Kérastase Discipline Bain Oléo-Relax to the scalp and roots, then work through the lengths. Massage to create a gentle lather, then rinse carefully. Repeat if needed, and follow with a conditioner or mask such as Discipline Masque Oléo-Relax.

Frequency:
Use as needed, or according to the product instructions.

Application Technique:
Apply to wet hair in the shower or bath. Focus the shampoo on the scalp first, using the fingertips to massage in circular motions, then smooth the lather down through mid-lengths and ends before rinsing thoroughly.

Best Practices:
Use on thoroughly wet hair to help the formula distribute evenly. Rinse well to avoid residue, and follow with a complementary conditioner or mask for added smoothness and control. Comb hair gently after washing to minimise tugging on lengths.

Safety Tips:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if this occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and keep out of reach of children.
