Kérastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment 250ml

Kérastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment is a targeted first step for hair that’s been through colouring, bleaching, heat styling or over-processing. The lightweight, transparent gel is enriched with pure citric acid and glycine to help lift away excess calcium from hard water, which can leave damaged hair feeling rigid and dull. Used before shampoo, it’s designed to support the hair fibre from the inside out, helping to reinforce strength and promote a smoother, shinier finish that feels more supple to the touch.

Suitable for all hair types, this pre-shampoo fits easily into an existing haircare routine when hair needs extra care. Applied to damp lengths before cleansing, it works in synergy with the matching Première shampoo and conditioner to support a more resilient look and feel over time. Hair is left feeling cleaner, lighter and more manageable, with enhanced shine that complements both natural and colour-treated styles.

Aqua / Water / Eau, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Glycine, Citric Acid, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Parfum / Fragrance, Cetrimonium Chloride, Polysorbate 20, Polysorbate 80, Phenoxyethanol, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein Pg-Propyl Silanetriol, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Quaternium-80, Limonene, Linalool, Sodium Benzoate, Citral, Potassium Sorbate

How to Use:
Start with damp hair. Apply Kérastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment generously to the lengths and ends, using around 4–5 pumps depending on hair length and thickness. Massage through to ensure even coverage and leave on for about 5 minutes. Without rinsing, layer your chosen Première shampoo directly on top, then massage and rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner or mask if desired.

Frequency:
Use according to the product instructions or whenever hair feels dull, brittle or heavily styled.

Application Technique:
Work the gel evenly through mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots if hair is easily weighed down. Comb through with fingers or a wide-tooth comb before leaving it to act, then add shampoo directly over the product to create a lather before rinsing.

Best Practices:
Apply to pre-washed or damp hair so the formula spreads easily. Use with the complementary Première shampoo and conditioner for a more complete routine. Adjust the amount used to suit hair density and length.

Safety Tips:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if this occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and follow any additional guidance on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children.
