Lamberts® Turmeric 20,000mg is a high potency root extract, standardised to provide 95% curcuminoids - the level generally used in studies. Each tablet contains 500mg of turmeric root extract, equivalent to 20,000mg of turmeric spice (or four heaped teaspoons of culinary turmeric). As a one-a-day formula, ideal for short-term use, our tablets are formulated for optimal absorption, disintegrating within 30 to 60 minutes of swallowing.

The key active constituent in turmeric is curcumin, which is found within the root of the plant, belonging to a family of compounds called curcuminoids.
