Ensure lips are clean and dry. Sharpen the Caviar Perfecting Lip Liner to a fine point. Start at the outer corners of the lips and trace along the natural lip line, connecting to the Cupid’s bow. Outline the bottom lip, then fill in the lips if you’d like a fuller, longer-lasting base before applying lipstick, gloss or balm.

Frequency:
Use as needed, according to the product instructions and your make-up routine.

Application Technique:
Apply with light, even pressure, working in short strokes for control. For added fullness, slightly overdraw just the centre of the top lip while keeping the edges close to the natural lip line. Layer your chosen lip colour over the liner.
