After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from the hair. Apply a quarter-sized amount of the treatment to damp hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Massage through to ensure even coverage. Leave on for around 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water.
