Le Phyto Rouge combines the tender and smoothing care of a lip balm with the vivid colour of lipstick. How to Use:
Apply Le Phyto-Rouge 21 Rose Noumea to clean, dry lips. Glide the faceted bullet directly over the lips, starting at the centre and working outwards towards the corners. For a softer, stained effect, apply a light layer and gently blot with a tissue. For a more intense look, add additional layers until the desired colour payoff is achieved.
