How to Use:
On clean, dry skin, gently pinch the areas you wish to target to awaken the skin. Apply Le Sculpteur Intensive Contouring Care to the thighs, buttocks, stomach, hips and upper arms, or over the entire body if desired. Massage until fully absorbed, using upward strokes on legs, buttocks and hips, circular movements around the navel on the stomach, and upward strokes towards the armpit on the upper arms.

Frequency:
Use morning and evening, or follow the product instructions.
