How to Use:
Place a clean cotton pad over the pump dispenser and press two to three times to saturate it. Gently wipe each eye with a separate soaked pad, then use a fresh pad to sweep the formula over the rest of the face and neck. Repeat if needed until the cotton pad comes away clean.
