How to Use:
Twist the base to slightly extend the tip of the pencil. Place the pencil along the upper lash line and draw a line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Repeat along the lower lash line if desired, keeping to the lash line rather than the waterline. Build up the intensity or gently smudge with a brush or fingertip for a softer, smoky effect.
