How to Use:
Start with clean, dry eyelids. Twist the base of the Sisley Phyto-Khol Star Waterproof 05 Sparkling Blue to extend a small amount of the tip. Place the pencil along the upper lash line and draw a line from the inner to the outer corner, adjusting the thickness as desired. For added intensity, trace along the lower lash line, avoiding the inner rim. If desired, gently soften the line with a brush or fingertip before it sets.

Frequency:
Use as needed, according to the look you’d like to create.

Application Technique:
Apply using light, steady strokes close to the lash line, working in short segments for control. Build up the colour gradually for a more dramatic effect.
