How to Use:
Start with clean, dry eyelids. Twist the base of the pencil to slightly extend the tip. Place the tip at the outer corner of the upper lash line and draw a line inwards or outwards along the lashes, adjusting the thickness as desired. For added intensity, trace along the lower lash line. For a softer, smoky effect, gently smudge the line with a brush or fingertip before it sets.
