Exfoliate the body 24 hours before and lightly moisturise any dry areas such as elbows, knees, ankles and feet. Pump the mousse onto a tanning mitt and apply to clean, dry skin in long sweeping motions, starting from the ankles and working upwards. Ensure all areas are covered, then lightly sweep any excess over hands and feet. Leave on for 1 hour for a light tan, 2 hours for a medium tan or up to 3 hours for a deeper bronze, then rinse off the guide colour with warm water.
