To me: Warm a small amount of balm between clean, dry palms and apply to face, neck and décolleté. Add water and cleanse using circular massage movements. Rinse thoroughly. For a nourishing mask: apply a thin layer, leave on for 10 minutes, then add water and rinse off. Avoid eye area.
