How to Use:
Apply to thoroughly wet hair. Work a small, coin-sized amount of the shampoo between your hands, then smooth through lengths and ends before bringing the lather up towards the roots. Massage gently into the scalp and hair, then rinse well. Repeat if desired, leaving the second lather on the hair for 2–3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Frequency:
Use as needed, or according to the product instructions, whenever you wash your hair.

Application Technique:
Focus the first application on coating and cushioning the lengths and ends, then distribute the foam towards the scalp. Massage with the fingertips rather than nails to help lift away impurities while being gentle on the scalp and fragile hair fibres. Rinse until the water runs clear and follow with a conditioner, mask or serum from the Résistance Thérapiste range.

Best Practices:
Use on wet hair only and ensure product is fully rinsed out. For very damaged hair, pair with complementary care such as a mask or leave-in treatment. Adjust the
