How to Use:
If desired, smooth a lip primer or hydrating balm over clean, dry lips and blot away any excess. Apply KissKiss Tender Matte Lipstick 910 Wanted Red directly from the bullet, starting at the centre of the lips and working outwards towards the corners. Build up thin layers until you reach your desired intensity. Blot gently with a tissue for a softer, blurred effect if preferred.
