How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry lashes. Start by placing the comb brush at the base of the upper lashes, then glide slowly from root to tip to coat and separate each lash. Repeat to build the desired level of volume and intensity. Use the tip of the comb to catch shorter lashes and to extend lashes at the outer corners for a more open-eyed effect.
