How to Use:
Ensure the eye area is clean and dry. Trace the pencil along the lower inner eyelid rim to define and intensify the eyes. For a stronger effect, also trace along the upper inner eyelid rim. Reapply as needed to build depth.

Gently glide the pencil along the inner rims of the eyes, taking short, light strokes for control. You can also run the pencil close to the lash line if you prefer a more traditional liner effect.
