This long-wearing, transfer-resistant eye pencil is smooth, easy and effortless to apply and has a unique smudge-tip at one end. It won't tug delicate eyelids and colour wears for hours. Line can be softened for a 'smokey' look. It is self-sharpening and only extends. Water-resistant. Ophthalmologist tested.

To use: Swivel up only 1/8-inch. Line eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Can be used alone or over eye shadow. Remove with eye makeup remover.

How to Use:
Start with clean, dry eyelids. Swivel the eyeliner up only a small amount, around one-eighth of an inch. Trace along the upper lash line using light, short strokes, then along the lower lash line if desired. Use the smudge tip on the opposite end to gently soften and blend the line within 60 seconds before the formula sets.

Use as needed, according to the product instructions and your make-up routine.

Apply close to the lash roots for natural-looking definition, or build up the colour for a more intense smoky effect. Work from the outer corner inwards or vice versa, keeping the pencil tip just visible to maintain control.
