This long-wearing, transfer-resistant eye pencil is smooth, easy and effortless to apply and has a unique smudge-tip at one end. It won't tug delicate eyelids and colour wears for hours. Line can be softened for a 'smokey' look. It is self-sharpening and only extends. Water-resistant. Ophthalmologist tested.

To use: Swivel up only 1/8-inch. Line eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Can be used alone or over eye shadow. Remove with eye makeup remover.

How to Use:
Twist the base to reveal a small amount of the pencil tip. Trace along the upper lash line from the inner to outer corner, using short strokes for control. Repeat along the lower lash line if desired. Use the smudge tip at the opposite end to gently soften and blend the line within about a minute for a smoky effect.
