The Cuticle Sealer PH Neutralizer reinforces the hair’s cuticle and encourages a smoother finish. It tightens the cuticle, improving the hair’s curl and colour. This formula helps to restore the scalps natural pH level, removing alkali residues. It helps to restore and protect the hair.

To use: Apply a small amount throughout the hair. Leave for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
